‘Sugaring-Off’ parties are a Québecois tradition, where farmers and villagers would gather for a hearty feast of traditional fare and a festive time of singing and dancing. Who better to lead this small-group tour that includes some classic Montreal food items like smoked meat and bagels and a few unique local specialties? It’s not for nothing that Montreal has been dubbed the North American capital for French cuisine and is considered an epicenter of gastronomy! Beyond food, Ruby will show you hidden treasures, special spots, and local surprises along the way! (4 hours) (tastings not a meal replacement but should satisfy)
